If you are under eighteen (18) years of age, you may only use MeeGlee Payments through the participation and authorization of your parents or legal guardians. Be sure to consult these Terms with your parents or legal guardians so that everyone can understand all your rights and responsibilities.
For your convenience, we organize content in sections, but these Community Payment Terms (the 'Terms') must be read carefully so that you understand both yours and our rights and responsibilities.
By using the MeeGlee Payments service to pay for products or services offered by MeeGlee and / or its partners, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically about any information relating to your purchases or your account.
1.1. Method of payment and expenses. When you make a purchase using MeeGlee Payments, you agree to provide a valid method of payment for financial transfer to your electronic value balance. When you successfully complete this financial transaction, we'll transfer that value to the content developer, product vendor, or service provider you want to hire.
1. 2. Price. Pay attention to the details of the transaction because the total price may include taxes, fees and delivery costs whose payment is your responsibility. In case of doubt contact the supplier (of the product or service).
1.3. MeeCoins. Regardless of the payment method chosen, the reload values ??will always be converted to the MeeGlee virtual currency, called "MeeCoin". If you live in Brazil, the amount of recharge expressed in Reais (R $) will be converted to MeeCoins in the same proportion (ie, each actual spend will be equivalent to a MeeCoin). If you live outside Brazil, check the currency quote used in your country, which will be informed in a timely manner in these MeeGlee Payment Terms. In the case of payment by international credit card you can choose one of the currencies available on the payments page on MeeGlee, being aware of the applicable rates and taxes.
1. 4. Additional Terms. Prior to the confirmation of the transaction, some additional terms related to a specific purchase may be presented, which will also be applicable and will be expressly accepted by you at the conclusion of the transaction.
1.5. Subscriptions. If you buy an app or feature subscription to an app, we'll charge you for the payment method you choose immediately, and at the beginning of each subscription period. The following terms apply to signatures purchased through MeeGlee Payouts:
1.5.1. If you do not cancel your subscription during a free trial period offered, you will be charged at the end of that period and at the beginning of each subsequent subscription period.
1.5.2. You can cancel subscriptions at any time on your Account Settings page.
1.5.3. If you cancel a subscription, you still have access to the signed application or feature until the end of the subscription period. If a signed app or feature becomes unavailable during your subscription, you will not be charged at the beginning of the next subscription period.
1.7. Effective sale. You may only use MeeGlee Payments to process financial transactions for legitimate and legitimate purchases of products or services. You may not use MeeGlee Payments to fund a transaction or transfer electronic values ??unrelated to a purchase.
1.8. Right of cancellation in the EU. If you reside in the EU, you consent to the performance of this agreement in your purchase and waive your Cancellation Right provided by the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83 / EU) or similar implementing regulations.
1.9. No Warranties from MeeGlee. You agree that when purchasing products or contracting services from third parties (merchants, veterinarians, or other service providers) and not from MeeGlee, we will have no liability whatsoever for the transaction between you. WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY WARRANTY REGARDING ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SOLD THROUGH MEEGLEE, SO THAT YOU ARE AWARE THAT ANY DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE WILL BE AN EXCLUSIVE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RESPECTIVE SUPPLIER AND / OR MANUFACTURER, AS PROVIDED FOR IN THE CONSUMER DEFENSE CODE , DISCLAIMING MEEGLEE OF ANY RESPONSIBILITY.
2. Payment Methods
2.1. Payment methods. We want to make MeeGlee Payments convenient, to allow you to make payments using different forms, such as credit and debit cards, bank vouchers, and other payment methods.
2.2. Authority. By choosing a form of payment, you confirm that you have permission to use it. When you make a transaction, you authorize us (and our partner responsible for processing the payment) to charge you the full amount of the payment, by the form of payment you have chosen (credit card, bank account, bank slip, or other available). You also authorize us to collect and store this form of payment along with other related transaction information.
2.3. Authorization. If you pay with a credit or debit card, we may obtain prior approval from the credit card issuer for an amount that is equivalent to the total value of your purchase, not just the respective monthly installment (if it is an installment purchase of a product or service). Your card will be charged the moment you make the payment for your MeeGlee Payments transaction, or shortly thereafter. If you cancel a transaction before completion, such prior approval may make these funds not immediately available to you.
2.4. Card usage fees. If you pay by credit or debit card and your bank (or the card company) charges you some additional amount or fee for it, you will be solely responsible for that amount or fee.
2.5. Ticket (prepaid). If you use the ticket as a means of payment, you agree to the inherent risks and other terms:
2.5.1. Cost of ticket issue. You are aware that our partners may charge an additional amount to issue the payment slip, which will be fully addressed to the responsible partner, without any transfer of any amount to MeeGlee.
2.5.2. Payment clearing. By choosing to pay by bank bill you are aware that such payment will only generate effects after the respective bank clearing, which can take up to 3 (three) business days. So if you're in a hurry, we suggest you look at available online transactions, such as credit card payments, for example.
2.5.3.Payment state. Due to technical limitations, we can only make refunds via bank deposit in cash. If you make a purchase via ticket and then request a refund for any reason, you must have a bank account that is eligible for the chargeback. In addition, the name of the bank account holder indicated to receive the refund must correspond to the name on the ticket used to make the payment.
2.5.4. Safety. We may defer or limit the availability of your purchase, whether for security reasons or to make sure we have all the relevant information necessary to process the payment and provide what you paid for. All payments involving MeeGlee products, services or advertisements will be processed by our partners, who will be responsible for the security of the transactions. Therefore, we at MeeGlee do not store the credit card data of our customers.
2.5.5. Information. You agree and consent that we store your registration data with the Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ / CPF). We may use such data to obtain additional information about you necessary to process the payment from the federal tax database provided by the Brazilian government through third parties who will perform the data processing. We will also submit final tax documents to the Brazilian government as necessary.
3. Actions We Can Take
3.1. Use of your own free will. We may revoke your eligibility to use MeeGlee Payments at any time and only at our discretion.
3.2. Consultations. By using MeeGlee Payments, you acknowledge and agree that we may make any inquiries that we deem necessary, either directly or through third parties, regarding your identity and creditworthiness.
3.4. Limitations of payments. In order to avoid financial loss to you or us, we may delay a payment for a period of time, limit funding sources for a transaction, limit your ability to purchase or deactivate your account, for precautionary measures, without you any right to compensation.
3.5. Sharing information. To prevent financial losses for you or us, we may contact the issuer of your form of payment (credit card, debit, or bank slip), legal authorities or affected third parties (including other users), and share details of the payments you are making if we believe this will prevent financial loss or violation of law.
3.6. Abandonment of Property. You are aware that the values ??of the recharges will not be returned under any circumstances and may expire in one year from the date of acquisition if there is no provision to the contrary. Therefore, after this deadline, if you leave a balance unused, whether you keep an active account or not, you agree that you have waived the right to refund the remaining balance, authorizing the use of the same in the manner that best suits MeeGlee, obeyed the legal impositions.
4. Disputes and Charges
4.1. Customer service. Subject to Sections 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, and 4.5 below, we provide several tools in our MeeGlee Payment Support Center to help you communicate with third parties to resolve a dispute arising from a payment transaction.
4.2. Disclaimer with transaction costs. If you enter into a transaction with a third party and have a dispute about goods or services purchased, we will have no liability whatsoever for the goods or services underlying the transaction. Our sole responsibility is to handle your financial transaction. All financial transactions are considered final, except when required by law. If you buy an item that became unavailable prior to delivery, you may request a chargeback of your payment.
4.3. Obligation to notify. If you believe that an unauthorized or problematic transaction occurred in your account, you agree to notify us immediately so we can take the necessary steps to avoid financial loss. Unless you submit the claim within 30 days of collection, you willfully void, as permitted by law, all claims made against us arising out of or relating to the transaction.
4.4. Intervention. We may intervene in disputes relating to payments that may arise between you and a product or service provider, but of your own free will, as we have no obligation to do so.
4.5. Technical difficulties. If you find a technical failure or service interruption that is causing your financial transaction to fail, you can request that your transaction be completed later.
5. Special provisions applicable to advertisers
5.1. Payment agreement. When you purchase ads or publications promoted through MeeGlee, you agree to pay all the amounts specified in the order, along with any applicable taxes, and the additional cost for ticketing (if this is your chosen form of payment).
5.2. Consent for credit consultation. Without limiting section 3.2 above, your request constitutes your written authorization to obtain your business and / or personal credit report from your credit bureau. We can get your credit report when you place an order or at any time.
5.3. Safety. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your ads account, and you understand that you will be charged for any order placed through it.
5.4. Direct debit. If you make direct debit payments, you agree that we may charge you for any amount within the limit you set when registering. You will be notified in advance if a charge exceeds that amount.
5.5. Cancellations. You can cancel an ad request at any time through our online portal, but your ads may run for several days after notification and you will still be responsible for paying those ads.
5.6. Tax liability. The amount charged by us, whether by credit card or otherwise, may be subject to applicable taxes including, but not limited to, withholding taxes. The collection of taxes applicable to your transactions is your responsibility. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of failure to perform such collection.
5.7. Non-performing accounts. If you buy ads and your payment method fails or your account is past due, we can take action to collect amounts owed using other mechanisms to do so. You agree to pay all costs associated with such collection, including monetary correction, fines, and reasonable attorney's fees.Interest will be accumulated on any amounts due at the minimum rate of 1% per month or up to the maximum amount allowed by law.
5.8. Prepaid Account. Regardless of the form of payment chosen, the purchase of announcements and monthly payments will only be made through prepaid accounts. Prepaid amounts can not be refunded unless required by law. MeeGlee is neither a bank nor a bank. In this way, prepaid amounts do not earn interest, are not deposit obligations and are not guaranteed by any financial institution, whether governmental or private.
6. Notices and Changes to these Terms
6. 1. Warnings addressed to you. By using the MeeGlee Payments service, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically about any information relating to your purchases or your account. We may also provide notices by posting them on our site or by sending them to an email or physical address that you have previously provided to us. The notices by e-mail or in the site will be considered as received by you after 24 hours of the moment of publication or of the sending; notices sent by mail must be deemed received after three (3) business days from the time of sending.
6.2. Warnings addressed to us. Unless otherwise specified, you must send notices related to MeeGlee Payments and these Terms by mail to: MeeGlee Online Services of Brazil - Ltda, to the attention of the Legal Department (or Finance), located at Av. Emílio Trevisan, 655, Room 206, New World, CEP 15.084-067 - São José do Rio Preto / SP - Brazil.
6.3. Amendments guidelines. We may update these Terms of Payments at any time without notice and as we deem necessary as permitted by law. This transaction will govern the Payment Terms in force at the moment of confirmation of the same.
7. Customer Complaints
7. 1. Users in Brazil: All contacts with MeeGlee will be kept through email. Therefore, users are obliged to keep their e-mail addresses always updated in the register.
7. 2. MeeGlee shall not be liable for miscommunication with users whose data is not properly updated, or for emails directed to the "spam" or "junk" boxes of your users' email server, who must authorize the receipt of emails from MeeGlee.
8. Additional Terms
8.2. Conflict of legislation. Some countries may restrict or prohibit your ability to make payments through MeeGlee. No information in these Terms shall void or circumvent any foreign laws.
8.3. Translation courtesy. The original version of these Terms was prepared in Brazilian Portuguese. If there are conflicts of terms between the translated version and the original version, Brazilian Portuguese, the latter will prevail.
8.4. "We". Without limiting Section 8.1 above, the following are entities to which "us," "our," or "MeeGlee" refers to:
8.4.1. If you reside in Brazil or your principal place of business is located in it, these Terms of Payments are entered into between you and MeeGlee Serviços Online do Brasil Ltda, the company responsible for MeeGlee in Brazil.
