Hi, I’m Meghan
In my any travels to Vieques, PR I have found the people to be extremely gracious and loving despite having very little. I was touched by their story and need.
I founded a non-profit organization, Dr Goodburn's Foundation (theDrGoodburnsFoundation.org) in which Laura-Lee sits on the board. It was founded to support the people of Vieques to receive proper medical care, so we decided to extend our efforts to the animals of the island as well. There is a large stray population, and the Vieques Humane Society and Animal Rescue helps to keep these animals fed, sheltered and healthy until they are adopted.

For three decades, dogs have been a constant presence in my life. Witnessing any animal deprived of life's essentials is truly disheartening. At MEEGLEE, we offer our clients a top-tier product for their beloved companions, one that not only cares for the planet with its eco-friendly design but also contributes to providing fundamental humanitarian aid for the animals of Vieques. It's a business model and mission that resonates deeply with me, and I'm proud to stand behind it!
